I recently had the pleasure of staying at Relax Inn Hotel in Delhi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The customer service here is absolutely top-notch, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, with both Patel Nagar and Karol Bagh metro stations nearby. A special thanks to Mr. Ramji, whose warm and friendly service truly made my stay memorable. Ramji is incredibly proactive and always ready to assist, no matter the time or situation. There were several instances when I needed help with hotel services, and he went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. His genuine care and professionalism are remarkable, and he consistently made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel staff as a whole were polite and attentive, and the facilities were clean and comfortable, making it the ideal place to relax after exploring the city. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines excellent service with a convenient location, I highly recommend Relax Inn. I appreciate their reception behaviour, cleanness, serving foods including breakfast, launch and dinner. There is the best furnitures including Bed, Dofa, Chair, Dining table. There is the cleanness things including Bed sheet, pillow, handkerchief, towel and best things is that toilet is neat and clean.

I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The staff at this property are all great. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

It was a lovely hotel. The room was clean and modern inside. Receptionist staff very helpful and friendly. Great location with very facilities near by and great services.
